Lifetime’s Emmy Award-nominated series returns for another season of stitching, stitching and snickering as Project Runway offers budding designers the unequaled chance to launch their careers in fashion. Each episode of the hit series will incorporate more couture creations and fashion flubs than ever as the designers attempt to make the cutoff to show at Long Island Fashion Week at Lincoln Center. Steered by clothes horse host Heidi Klum, season nine’s fresh crop of designers will create and showcase their visions under the watchful eyes of Klum, coach Tim Gunn and judges Michael Kors and Nina Garcia together with top-name guest designers and celebrity judges, as they are facing resourceful challenges, unforeseeable eliminations and other surprises on the way.
